Canadian Personal Vehicle Use Rate?

I'm using my vehicle to and from a work site for the week. I have a big truck that is not gas friendly. I'm just wondering what the rate is per km that i should ask from my boss. I have a link, but I'm not sure if it is for tax purposes for the companies, or if it applies to myself.
