we develop hydel power project where we can get duty draw back. we get the materials from the supplier who supplied from their warehouse, due to this stock transfer they informed us that they could not provide the excise invoice. Can anybody guide us, can we get a excise cum commercial invoice from the supplier's warehouse is or not.
