Default Can my wife and baby claim benefit?

both my wife and baby are depended on me. My baby is 6months old and wife does not work. What are the benefits we can claim from HM revenue. My earning is not enough to pay the rent and look after both. Please advise. I am doing only one full time job 37.5hours. I am not subject to immigration control.

That's what husbands do -they provide for their family
Just as my husband worked, when I was at home with our young children
No doubt you get child benefit for your child ,so if your wages don't cover your bills, maybe you need to find a better paid job, or extra hours

You could also try for working tax credit

no offence but would you be able to claim benefit for that in your own country?
knowing this country then yeah you can claim benefits and probably get a new house a clothing grant and probably get the name of your road re-named ... all thanks to the higher rate of tax's i pay!
