Default Regarding the 8K (federal) & 10K (SBA) 2009 tax credit for California new...
...home buyer, when do I get these? I live in California and just bought a new home (first occupancy); I qualified for both the Federal 8K & California 10K tax credit... when I file in 2010, do I get all of the 10K and 8K over 3 years? is this correct?
