Default How do you define Oregon source income?

A self employed, who is a non-resident for tax purposes and lives in Canada, performs a service in Canada (from his/her Home Office) for a client in Oregon. Is this considered Oregon source income?
Does it matter where the self-employed gets paid, whether in Oregon or outside of Oregon?
