As of rite now. My son is a month old. The father doesn't support his son in anyway. I have custody of my son. My friend helps me take care of him. Because I am a single mother. My son stays at her house and he also stays with me. I take care of him and she helps. So it's like she is playing daddy if you no where I am coming from. So my question is. Can I claim him cents she helps me take care of him? And does it matter who he stays with as to who can claim him? Also do u have to have custody of the child to be able to claim him? I would like to be able to claim my son. So help me please with answers. Also does a parent having help with a child stop them from being able to claim there child?
