| In Canada, Ontario I am Business owner (sole proprietor) who is really late on remitting the GST Tax. I therefore have a penalty to pay up. I want to know if I can write off the penalty fee in the books and if so, under what category would this fall under in the “Statement of Business or Professional Activities” at the end of the year? Just to let you know I do my own bookwork. |
