Default CAn private dealers claim unemployment.?

I started this new job with the kirby companies and they said that they would pay me 400 bucks a week. they made me sign a paper pretty much stating that they didn't have to pay me if I didn't do 15 demonstrations a week.they don't even have the appointments lined up for me or anything..So there are no w2 papers to sign all I gave them was my license. Ive been working for them for three weeks and I haven't seen one red penny. Is this considered still being unemployed or am I opening myself to prosecution by the state.
