Default Do i have to report $$ to the Calif EDD if it comes from work i did many years ago?

Ive been collecting unemployment for a few months but will be receiving a settlement from an employer that i worked for many years ago. Part of the settlement will be reported, part will go through the 1099 process. There is no place on the "continued claim form" to report $$ earned years ago....do i need to tell EDD and if so, how?

Write them a letter outlining what you have said but give more explicit detail. Keep a copy. You will certainly get a reply in due course. You will then be on a sure footing and cannot be accused of with holding information about your financial circumstances.
