Wat shud i tell for "tell me about yourself"?

hi all, i'l b appearing for an interview in bpcl(bharath petroleum)..wat ans shud i give for the question for "Tell me About yourself"...how shud i start n hw shud i end?? can any1 give me some hints??or can any1 giv me a sample answer to the above question???i'm B.E(Computer Science) passed out in 2009...
