My husband is trying to choose between an AAS in HVAC or one in Electronics & Computer Technology. The latter is listed as currently an NAIT accredited course, the former lists no accrediting body. He loves working with his hands, problem solving, and is also skilled in and enjoys working with computers, but doesn't want to be in a cube island job for the next 30 years. So the ECT program seems like a good fit for his computer geek and hands on side, but the HVAC for his hands on and problem solving side.

We will be living in Coastal North Carolina when he finishes whichever program he decides to enter, and he would be looking to make $32-35k/yr to meet our financial goals.
