A cowoker of mine is a programmer.. everyday at work he stares at his monitor and I can hear loud movie noises.. i never see or hear him type on his keyboard.. as a programmer without typing on his keyboard, i wonder how he works... what exactly does he do? He's new to this company... worked here around 5 months and got absolutely nothing done. My boss is not doing anything about it. I'm getting really sick of this dude. He sits right next to me. I know the president and ceo of the company. Should I report to him or leave it up to my boss. This really bothers me. This guy deserves to be jobless!!
