Default was hired for helpdesk positon tier 1, went to technical school learned some
basic things.? i was not trained in school to do help desk, or troubleshoot applications, or work with ticketing system. has nobody been through this? what are the most important thing i should know to help me be successful in this position, since i was not trained for this in school?
