Default I Need some good Advice re: Career Burn Out in Programming Field?

I have 3 decades experience programming. I have a 7 digit salary with great benefits and a good retirement program. Problem is I can't sleep at nights because the job makes me miserable. I enjoyed the field for the first 12 years, then the next 7 years were fine, then technologies changed, mainframe computing is gone, things became much more complicated and I feel left behind. I did the responsible thing and went back to school. Took college courses in object oriented classes at a major university, earned certification after 4 classes (16 credits hours) straight As in all classes. Also took Microsoft Classes. Went back to work still can't figure things out, things are so complicated I dislike the field now. I stress over how can accomplish tasks, I am very conscientious and dislike my lack of understanding and productivity. I no longer like this field. Can anyone offer me a part time job in something other than writing and supporting software?
