Any web-design company's looking to hire?

Im 15 (soon 16) currently starting to get my own web-design Business started with a few friends, we are just about fluent in html/css and mastering them before we move on to flash/php/java. If anyone is hiring or could mentor us my email is surferjoe271@yahoo.com! I'm eager to learn more!
