What are jobs for 14 and 15 year olds?

My brothter turned 15 in March and now he really needs a job but he dosent want to work at MCdonald or Burgarking cause he cant work that fast

retail, grocery stores, maybe gas stations but i'm not sure on that one, he could stock merchandise/grocerys or unload merchandise in retail and grocery stores if he can't work that fast
