I'm working in IT field and attending master classes in the same field, my day is consumed between studying and working, I like to be very busy so this is not my issue, the issue is that I don't like my job at all but at the same time I doubt that I will find another job on the same level of salary with the experience that I have and yet my current job is not providing me with any extra experience it's only wasting my time, do you recommend me to
1. Quit my current job (I'm not that much in need of money but yet I consider this as a waste of money), and start a training on market requirements and be certified on them, then apply for new jobs
2. Keep my current job and apply for new jobs ( I may not find and I'm already posting on the career services websites but never been called back)
I can't do my current job any more, I have no passion toward it and it's really annoying me that I can't work although I love working
Any ideas?
