I have received a job application through email. It said I should submit by email.

The application is in MS Word. I don't know if I should type my information and sign my signature with MS paint. I don't have a scanner. They do have a place where I can submit the application, but the deadline is Monday and I have to attend a funeral and services that day, all day. So I have to submit this thing through email.

How should I send the application?

You don't need to sign it. Just type your name in the signature block.
