I would really like to know what steps I should take to become a network engineer/admin

Currently I am taking Cisco CCNA I have taken semester 1, 2 and am currently taking semester's 3,4. I am also taking a AP Computer Science and have taken A+..

I am only a junior in high school and planning on taken CCNA testing this school year so what should I do and take during college to enable me to get a good job out of high school.. As in what degree should I go for?
