I am a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Mumbai University- India, with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. I completed my Graduation in Mech. Engg. in 1997. My workex is as follows
1. Project Engineer for a Fire fighting company - 6 months
2. Project Engineer for a Company that fabricates petrochem storage vessels. : 2.5 years.
3. Self Employed for 2 years.
4. Technical Support Executive (Customer Service Executive) for leading BPO's in Mumbai providing technical support for customers of major Internet Service Providers from the USA. - 4 years.
5. And recently as a Relationship Manager for a recruitment firm with major software clients - 1 year.

I have been unemployed for close to one year now.

I am now in Goa which is a tourist destination and there is a new 5 star hotel comming up in my neighbourhood. I am not conversant with careers in the Hotel Industry. I intend applying for a suitable post there.

Could someone guide me with careers in a 5 star hotel. What post/ posts can i suitably apply for there??
