I am a graduate student in Electrical Engineering. I've never had an internship experience with any company. I tried a lot to get an internship this summer but was unable to do so. My GPA is 3.25. My undergraduate GPA is 3.85. I was under tremendous depression for my inability to get an internship and I used the 3 months that I had to read about anything not related to engineering as I was fed up with my own life. I am still very much interested in engineering and would love to work, but going by my past experience I am beginning to lose faith in myself. I would appreciate it if anyone could analyse what I just mentioned above and honestly tell me if my career is heading in the right direction? Honestly, each day feels like my faith in engineering is fading away.
