I work as a Web Editor for a company that sell computer servers. I've been there for coming upto 4 months now and I had a 3 month probationary period.

After my three months, they gave me a poor review and all they did was put me down. They extended my probationary period for 1 month and I had my 2nd interview today and again all they did was put me down.

They think that a Web Editor is required to design graphics for a website... I design a little and when I do design, they just complain and tell me how rubbish my work is.

I've had enough of them putting me down and personally I think they want to get rid of me.

What should I do in this situation? I don't want to lose my job and I do try work hard (I'm very good at my job too).

Even some of the graphics I do are really nice but they just keep flaming me!
